Neves & Ferrão | Electricity makes electrical installation of 30% of housing developments in Alhandra

Acting as a subcontractor for Make, Neves & Ferrão - Electricidade is currently working on the electrical installation of six of the 20 houses of Casas do Rio Development in Alhandra, an investment of 5 million made by Finangeste and directed to Portuguese families.

At the beginning of last month, the project announced that it consists of 20 villas, with typologies from 3 to 5 bedrooms, in a gated community with a swimming pool and gym. Areas range from 239 to 518 square meters.

Finangeste had already announced in May this year that they made an investment of 10.5 million euros in Caldas da Rainha, in the recovery of 5 unfinished buildings and were in a great state of degradation, which will give rise to a condominium with 73 dwellings, shopping areas, as well as services, gardens and a swimming pool.

He also said that the next investments will be made in the capital, specifically in the downtown area of ​​Lisbon and Avenidas Novas, in housing rehabilitation projects, whose works are to start later this year and represent more than 15 million euros of investment.
